Braj The Divine Art (“BRAJ”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you browse, order or contact us.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, email, phone number, Indian delivery and billing address, order details, preferences, measurements, support messages, and custom-shringar reference files. Payment credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay; BRAJ does not store full card or UPI credentials.

How we use it

We use information to process payments, fulfil and track orders, prevent misuse, answer support requests, prepare custom work, send transactional messages, maintain legal and accounting records, and—only where requested—send collection updates.

Service providers

Necessary data may be shared with our hosting, database, payment, email and logistics providers, including Hostinger, Supabase, Razorpay, Resend and Shiprocket, strictly to operate the store and fulfil your request.

Storage, security and retention

Administrative access is restricted and service credentials remain server-side. Records are retained only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and applicable Indian law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from marketing communication. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal purposes.
