Email brajbybrajesh@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Unauthorised parcels may not be accepted. Return instructions and the eligible window are confirmed after the order is reviewed.

Eligibility

Eligible standard items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all components. For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, customised, made-to-order, altered or used devotional pieces are not normally returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact BRAJ as soon as possible after delivery and share clear photographs or video of the outer packaging, shipping label and item. Keep all packaging until the review is complete. We will confirm replacement, repair or refund options as appropriate.

Change-of-mind requests

Where a standard item is approved for return, original delivery charges and customer-arranged return costs may not be refundable. The customer is responsible for secure packaging and tracked return delivery unless BRAJ confirms otherwise.

Inspection and refund

Approved returns are inspected after receipt. Any eligible refund is issued to the original payment method; Razorpay and banking processing times may apply. We will notify you when the refund is initiated.

Cancellations

Contact us quickly if you wish to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed once preparation, custom work or shipment has begun. If a paid cancellation is approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
