Return eligibility
Eligibility depends on the piece, its condition and whether it was made to order or customised. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging. Contact BRAJ with your order number before arranging a return.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
If an order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, share clear photographs of the piece and packaging as soon as possible. BRAJ will review the details and confirm the appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, BRAJ will confirm the outcome and return any eligible amount to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may apply.
