Prepared and delivered with care.

Charges

Standard shipping is ₹149. Shipping is complimentary when the order subtotal after discounts is ₹2,999 or more. Any exceptional charge will be shown before payment.

Preparation and dispatch

Each product page shows whether a piece is ready to ship or made to order and its expected preparation window. Dispatch begins only after successful payment and order verification. Weekends, holidays, custom work and peak periods may extend preparation.

Delivery estimates

Courier delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination PIN code and courier network. Dates shown in tracking are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, access restrictions or other events outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

When BRAJ creates the shipment, courier and tracking information becomes available on the Track Order page using your order number and checkout email. Transactional updates may also be sent to your registered email.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete Indian address, valid six-digit PIN code and active 10-digit mobile number. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after handover to the courier. Failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address may lead to return-to-origin and additional reshipping charges.
