Catalogue and availability

Product descriptions, prices, stock, dispatch estimates and what is included should be reviewed before ordering. Handmade finishing and print placement can vary slightly. Styling props are excluded unless explicitly listed.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted for delivery within India and are confirmed only after Razorpay reports a captured payment and product availability is verified. BRAJ may contact you if an Indian delivery address needs correction.

Made-to-order and custom work

Made-to-order timing begins after order confirmation. A custom enquiry is not an accepted order: scope, measurements, price, timing and payment must be confirmed separately before work begins.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please review the shipping information, returns information and product-specific care guidance before purchase.

Final legal approval

Business identity, Indian jurisdiction, cancellation rights, liability limits and dispute terms must be completed and approved by BRAJ’s legal adviser before live selling begins.
