Products, pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in INR. Stock, descriptions, colours and preparation windows may be updated without notice. Handmade finishing, colour reproduction and print placement can vary slightly. Styling props are not included unless explicitly listed.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed after successful payment capture and availability checks. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or delivery errors.

Custom and made-to-order work

A custom enquiry is not a confirmed order. Measurements, design, timing, price and payment must be agreed separately. Customised and made-to-order pieces may not be returnable except when damaged or incorrect.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates. Review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction or order help.

Acceptable use
